Frontier Conference commissioner Kent Paulson announced the 2009 cross country all-conference teams today.



Lewis-Clark State coach Mike Collins was selected coach of the year. Amber Watson of Rocky Mountain College was selected as the women's runner of the year and Sean Huey of Lewis-Clark State College was selected as the men's runner of the year. The top-ten runners at the conference meet are all-conference.
