Student-athletes from Carroll College and Lewis-Clark State College were named to the 2010 NAIA All-American teams.

Senior Jennifer Orchard of Rocky Mountain College and senior Courtney Shrout of Lewis-Clark State received honorable mention honors on the NAIA Women's All-American team. Players are selected by the All-America Committee. Fifteen student-athletes earned first team accolades and 15 others received honorable mention honors. Eight student-athletes that earned the honor in 2010 were first team All-Americans or honorable mentions in 2009.

Five Frontier student-athletes were named 2010 Daktronics-NAIA Women's Golf Scholar-Athletes. They are junior Emily Slayton and senior Casey Smith of Carroll College; and senior Sue James, junior Alana Norris and senior Courtney Shrout of Lewis-Clark. Nominated by each institution's head coach, a student-athlete must maintain a minimum grade point average of 3.5 on a 4.0 scale and have achieved junior academic status to qualify.
