Brooke Zeiler a 5'10" forward from Lolo, Mont., has signed a Frontier
Conference/NAIA letter of intent to play basketball at the University
of Montana Western according to women's head coach Kevin Engellant.
As a senior she averaged 10 points, five rebounds, 2.6 assists and 2.8 steals per game. For her career, Zeiler averaged 10 points, four rebounds, two assists and two steals per game.
Zeiler earned all-state and all-conference honors her junior and senior seasons and was selected her team most valuable player.
"Brooke is a great addition to our program," said Engellant. "She is long and athletic and runs the floor well. Brooke is a very versatile player who can score in a number of different ways."
She also participates in track and earned all-conference and all-state honors.
In the classroom, Zeiler maintained a 3.0 GPA. She plans to major in education.
Zeiler will graduate from Florence High School this spring. She is the daughter of Duane and Paula Zeiler.
