Montana State University-Northern women's basketball coach Chris Mouat has announced the signing of former Browning star Tiara Gilham to join the Skylight program next fall. Gilham, a 5-foo7-11 forward, was a four-time All-Conference selection and three-time All-State performer at Browning.

During her senior season, Gilham was named the Most Outstanding Player at the Eastern A Super Divisional Tournament. Browning went on to finish third at the 2015 State A Tournament. Gilham was also named to the Montana-Wyoming All-Star Team. She averaged 13.5 points, 7.9 rebounds, and nearly three steals per game her senior season. She also shot 72 percent from the free throw line and 43 percent from the field.

"We are excited to have Tiara join our program," Mouat said. She is very skilled and can play a number of positions on the floor. She has the ability to score from everywhere on the floor, and has great court vision and awareness."

Gilham is a 2016 graduate of Browning High School. She redshirted in 2016 at Montana Western.

Tiara is the daughter of Gerald and Jackie Gilham. She plans on majoring in health promotion at MSU-Northern.
