Eastern Oregon Head Coach Tim Camp, on his second recruiting class:
"I'm really excited about our recruiting class this year. We really tried to focus our recruiting efforts in the Northwest region, Oregon, Idaho and Washington. We were also able to get some real talent from Montana, Nevada and California."
"All of our assistants did a tremendous job of identifying players in there recruiting areas. We were then able to get game tape and transcripts on guys for evaluation. We wanted to make sure they were the right fit for Eastern Oregon University."
"I'm very satisfied with the signing class. You never really know until the guys show up and play, but on paper, this is a great recruiting class. We are very excited about this group. They are good students; they are good athletes and most of all they're great people."
"When we were evaluating our needs for this recruiting class, depth on both sides of the ball were our biggest concerns. Between high school and college transfers I believe we addressed those needs. Similar to last year we needed to sign players that are capable of stepping in and helping out immediately," "Our goal every year is to win a Frontier Conference championship and get to the point of competing for a national championship. Time will tell how good of a signing class this will be, but we think this group can help us accomplish our goals.
